WHEY is our premium blend of whey and micellar casein protein. It is designed to fuel recovery, assist in building muscle, and provide a convenient and delicious way to hit your macros.

Each serving contains 18g of Whey Concentrate and 4g of Micellar Casein protein.

Whey Concentrate is a quicker digesting protein that's great for packing a punch to muscle growth and recovery post workout. Micellar Casein is a slower digesting protein to prolong the benefits of protein absorption throughout the day. Our 18g/4g blend was designed around maximizing protein synthesis absorption rates in your body. 

How to use - Add 1 scoop to 6-8oz of water or add 2 scoops to 8-10oz of water and mix thoroughly. For best results, allow product to sit for 45-60 seconds after mixing and briefly mix once more. We recommend mixing this product by shaker cup or blender for the best consistency.
